How to contact customer service?

You can contact us by email here at serviceclient@iqibla.eu, we will respond within 24 to 48 hours maximum incha ALLAH from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order

Where can I have my order delivered?

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Overseas and Europe. Shipping costs for France start at €4.99 for delivery to a relay point via Chronopost Shop2Shop or €7.99 for home delivery via UPS.

What are the delivery times?

We process your order with the utmost care within a maximum of 24 hours. In case of high traffic, this period may exceptionally be extended to 48 hours. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is made within 2 to 4 working days with Chronopost Shop2Shop, and 1 to 2 days with UPS.

I chose delivery to a relay point. How do I choose the relay point?

Once payment has been made, on the confirmation page, you will be able to select your relay point.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, on which you will find your Chronopost or UPS tracking number. You can also find your parcel tracking number by logging into your customer account. Simply click on track my parcel, the link will redirect you to the tracking page.

I have not received my order confirmation or tracking number.

It is possible that our emails arrive in your spam, so we invite you to check your junk mail folder. If you still can't find them, do not hesitate to contact us at serviceclient@iqibla.eu or via the chat available on our website.

Can I change the contents of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove one or more items from your order.

I made a mistake in the delivery address, can I change it?

If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, it may still be possible to change it. This depends on the status of your order: if it has already been processed by our warehouse, we will no longer be able to intervene. On the other hand, if it is still in preparation, we will be able to correct it without any problem. Contact us quickly at serviceclient@iqibla.eu or via the chat on our website to inform us.

I want to cancel my order, is this possible?

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can cancel and refund it. In this case, contact us as soon as possible by email at serviceclient@iqibla.eu or on the website chat. If the order has already been sent by our warehouse, unfortunately we will no longer be able to cancel it. In this case, if you do not wish to keep your items, it is possible to return them to us.

Payments, Refunds and Promo Codes

What are the payment methods for placing an order on the site?

You can pay via VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Shop and Paypal.

Are payments secure?

Payments on our site are handled by two companies specializing in Internet transactions (Paypal & Stripe) that encrypt all your bank details. It is impossible for your credit card numbers to be hacked.

I have a promo code, how can I use it?

After validating your basket, you will find a box in the form, "Gift card or promo code", in which you will have to enter your promo code. To validate it, simply click on "apply". Don't forget to check that the code has been taken into account before validating your order.

I forgot to enter my promo code before confirming my order.

Unfortunately we will not be able to apply the promo code once your order is validated, but you will be able to use it for another order.

Are there any promotions on the site?

Yes, we regularly offer promotions on our site, we advise you to subscribe to our Newsletter to receive all our offers.
